Port : 8080
In android Phone Make these settings for UC BROWSER settings
Proxy type : host
Proxy server : wap.ufone.com/lowbalance

Now open UC BROWSER ans surf the free internet on your smart Phone.If UC Browser does not work use Opera Mini Web Browser.
